Job Summary
The Delivery Head – B2B Projects will be responsible for leading and overseeing the end-to-end execution and delivery of business-to-business (B2B) projects across multiple clients and locations. The role involves strategic planning, project governance, client relationship management, operational excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, engineering, EPC, or railway-related B2B projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage the overall delivery of multiple B2B projects across various business units and client locations.
    • Develop project execution strategies, delivery frameworks, and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, budget, and compliance standards.
    • Drive coordination between project teams, engineering, procurement, finance, HR, and external stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, cost controls, and performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular project reviews, operational audits, and progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify delivery risks, project bottlenecks, and operational challenges; implement mitigation and corrective action plans.
    • Oversee contract execution, billing processes, commercial discussions, and project profitability.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
    • Lead and mentor project management teams to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
    • Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, and business updates to senior leadership.
    • Support business growth through client engagement, delivery excellence, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
    • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
    • MBA / PMP Certification will be an added advantage
Experience
    • 15+ years of overall experience in project execution and delivery management
    • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple B2B projects or business operations
    • Proven experience in infrastructure, EPC, railway, engineering, or industrial projects preferred
