Role & responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and regulatory teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct risk management and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including staff and materials.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in railway projects.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of railway construction and maintenance standards.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
